Participation conditions

  • 1. The research should not have been published or accepted for publication in any other conference or journal, or extracted from a book or uploaded to the internet.
  • 2. The research should have a real contribution in its field of specialization.
  • 3. The paper should follow the scientific and academic methodology and be formed according to the sample published on the conference website.
  • 4. The research will be reviewed by specialized experts to determine its validity for publication.
  • 5. The researcher should attach a brief biography to his/her paper.
  • 6. The participants have to submit their papers through the conference website or email.

Publishing

The conference papers will be published in the following scientific journals:

The paper will be published in the journal indexed within Scopus If it meets the criteria of the Journal. If it does not meet those criteria, it will be published in the local journal.

Participation is of two types:

1. Participation with a presentation or poster (subject to evaluation by the scientific committee).

2. Participation with a research paper

Attendance and Participation

- Participation in the conference is free of charge.

- The conference grants a certificate of participation to all those present in the scientific sessions of the conference.

- All participants will receive a certificate of participation and a conference bag free.

- There is a short tourism program during the conference period.

- The conference offers free breakfast, lunch and transportation (to and from the university) during the days of the conference.

- The researcher shall pay hotel fees (30,000 ID per night).
