We are a nation whose heritage is very deeply rooted. We cherish and share our cultural legacy as an intercultural means of interaction. We view our heritage as an enriching tool to promote knowledge, yet it is not above criticism. We believe it to be an open window from which we can reach out to others with the aim of understanding our present and planning for the future as well as anticipating its potential problems. Realizing that each nation has its own specific features that may not necessarily intersect with those of others, we are determined to build communication bridges to reach out to other cultures.
This conference is an important episode of the consequential series intended to promote the Arab intellectual and scientific patrimonial system as an integral part of the global human heritage.
